..Born in London and now living in the south east in the UK,
Paul has been a professional DJ for 20 years now. Primarily Paul is a
house
DJ although he can cover most styles which he has had to do over the
years as a lot of the clubs where he has played have been commercial
venues
requiring house, R&B or whatever latest thing may be.
However Paul's ideal night is playing House music, from the Old Skool
Club
Classics up to the latest Funky House or Trance. House music is what
Paul
specialises in.
Playing House music to like minded people who love the music has got to
be the best job in the world, it cannot be beaten.
Paul started DJ-ing back in 1988, just when the house scene was just
starting to take off. With all the new Italian piano house music coming
in around 88/89, this is when he really got hooked.
Paul started off doing mobile work, as most DJ's did back then.
Starting
off with turntables you can afford and saving like mad to get the all
important Technics turntables. He always wanted to get into the club
scene, because of his love for House music and mixing. So in the early
90's after auditioning for various clubs, Paul was fortunate enough to
obtain enough club work to turn professional and give up the day job.
(No more Plastering.. result !)
Paul has played numerous venues, mainstream and dance venues over the
years which includes working for the big leisure companies for which he
has held many residencies.
Paul is available for both UK and overseas bookings
