Music is Duncan's passion, his life. From a very early age he became hooked on House music and then later, DJ-ing. Pessimists say that the clubbing scene is in decline in the UK, but Duncan believes that there has never been a better time to be a DJ, given the amount of top quality music being produced.

Duncan has been DJ-ing for more than 10 years now and has been promoting himself for the last two. His talents have seen him performing DJ sets at the 'Fez club' in Cambridge, and 'Club-M' in Newmarket, with residencies at 'The Cow' and 'Bloc' (formerly 'Light Bar'), both in Cambridge.

With a technical ability that's second-to-none, an expansive record collection and the ability to know exactly how to get a crowd moving, it is easy to see just why Duncan is currently one of the most in-demand DJ's in the region. "I still get the same rush of excitement now when I hear a good track as I did a decade ago", he says. "And what I love about DJ-ing is being able to shape people's night... to take them on a journey. It's more than just being the centre of attention and getting to play the tunes you love, it's having the opportunity to give people a great time and ultimately send them home happy. There is no better feeling than seeing people going nuts because of what you are doing behind the decks - you feed off that and for me that's what DJ-ing is all about."

Playing a unique brand of funky, uplifting and soulful house, Duncan's style is also being heavily influenced by the emerging Electro House scene. Whatever he plays though, you can be sure his sets will be unique, original and packed full of energy!
