Funk
|
French electronic music dj / producer, Adam Polo is house / electro /
acidulous funk sounding-oriented.
Beginning with djing, he rapidly made
his way into composition of his own tracks.
In 2007, he founded Formule
Records and became partners with Believe, the leading European digital
distribution firm, to provide the selling of the label's creations.
He
decided to fully entrust the label's visual identity to the graphic
artists / directors' collective H5, known to manage Etienne de Crecy's
or Alex Gopher's from Solid.
Shortly after, Adam released his first 12"
vinyl single "Radio EP" in duet under the name "Tail Spin" and then his
first solo ep "Cotton Candy" with remixes by dAN(iel) from BTK records
and Elomak.
What with live club performances and studio sessions, he
made for the latter a remix of the track "Hoverboard" which
definitively fixed his musical identity into the actual electro area.
He is currently working on his new ep "Number 8 EP" planned for the end
of the year and on several other projects, in particular a remix of a
track
by the duet "Parano & Parker" from Exabeat Records and another
remix of one of the Techno Parade 2009 anthems, "Spacecraft", composed
by Elomak.
